On 10 November 2017 the Welsh Government announced that it was committed to supporting all of the projects proposed by local authorities, totaling £2.3bn of projects. This is subject to the approval of the full business cases for each individual project. The Council will now work closely with parents, staff, governors, pupils and the Welsh Government to develop the full business case for approval.
